ClaudeDeck watches every Claude Code session running on my Mac: title, latest action, next step, status, and a live run timer. It shows up three ways — a floating glass panel above the desktop, a menu bar counter, and a widget — and clicking a row focuses that session's iTerm tab.
At 2 a.m., with five agents building five different apps, this is the difference between orchestration and chaos. It is also a little self-aware: the panel shot below caught the exact session that was adding ClaudeDeck to this website.
Built in one night in August 2026. An iPhone companion with lock screen Live Activities is next.
