Refund Policy

Everything Gula Labs, LLC sells is digital: subscriptions and one-time unlocks inside our apps. Access is delivered instantly after a successful purchase. Nothing ships and there's nothing to return, so here is how cancellations and refunds work instead.

Purchases made in an iOS app (App Store)

Apple processes these, so Apple handles the refund. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID you used, and choose the purchase. Apple decides App Store refunds under its own policy and we can't issue them ourselves, but email us if you get stuck and we'll help you through it. To cancel an App Store subscription, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Purchases made on the web (card, via Stripe)

• Cancelling a subscription. Cancel at any time from your account's billing page or by emailing bryan@bryangula.com. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're not billed again. We don't pro-rate the unused part of a month or year.
• 14-day guarantee on your first payment. If you're unhappy for any reason, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription or a one-time unlock and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Unwanted renewals. If a subscription renewed and you didn't mean it to, email us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund that charge.
• Mistakes on our side. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid for something that didn't unlock, tell us and we'll fix it and refund whatever is wrong, with no time limit.

How to ask

Email bryan@bryangula.com from the address on your account with the receipt, or the date and last four digits of the card charged. We answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually post them within 5 to 10 business days.

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks to resolve; we take days.
